Unforgetable experience

Construction remodeling can be a good experience or a bad experience. The contractor you choose will dictate which experience you will encounter. Make the right choice and you will learn that you can enjoy remodeling.

Standards

Craftsmanship

With top technicians comes top quality work. You get what you pay for. Years and years of experience with many techniques and no corner cutting.

Punctuality

Be on time or don't show up at all. Time is money and your time is valuable you don't want to waste it. A dime waiting on a nickle, being late is not tolerated with our crews. Rest assured your time will not be wasted.

Cleanliness

Hoag holds safety meetings on cleanliness, it is not only bad for one's health, but the torment of a dirty job site is not worth it. Our foreman and crews will treat your house like a museum, everything is precious.

Happy Letter (Punch List)

This letter is used more in the residential remodeling side of the company but occasionally with our commercial projects. Prior to completion a project manager will walk through the site with our client and make a list of items that they feel needs a little touchup. Usually just a little paint touchup. Once completed we will present to you a letter stating that we completed every little detail to the spec which the project manager will sign along with the client. At Hoag Construction we try to make the projects go as smooth as possible and take the burden off of our clients. We know that remodeling can be stressful and having a bad experience will affect our customers for years to come. Put your trust in us, we do this for a living.

Planning

Designing and Planning

The first steps to any project is to put the pen to the paper and map out what it is you are going to do. With our state of the art designing programs we can do just that. Once the design is complete a schedule of materials and time line will be drawn up. Planning ahead saves time and money. In Hoag's hand you can trust we will be on the mark and on the money.
