Local Historical building in Lodi, the Hill House,we installed what is called the dragons back on the roof peaks. The building is a Piece of Lodi's History, if you have never toured the Hill House Schedule your self some time on a Sunday to have a guided tour thru the house and its original belongings. Complete exterior face lift including the chimmey 3 stories up 2000 plus brick custom copper stack. We removed most of all the wood exterior on this house and refabricated the design. The 2x6 trim replaced on the house totaled close to 2000 l.f. We work diligately thru the summer with this out wraped in 3 stories of scaffolding. The house also received a new roof, new stucco and elastimeric paint job. The owners were very easy to deal with, very nice people.

Once a burnt out garage now a new double car garage.. In the additional pictures you can see the fire engulfed the building. Per city permiting if three walls of the frame work is left standing you can remodel the existing building. With what was left we only had 3 walls and stayed out of having to request rezoning. Insurance special, the client working thru Hoag Construction was able to keep the cost of this new garage under the alotted claim but completely update there once 1 car garage to two cars.
